WuXi-KOYO Machine Industries CO.,LTD. is a joint venture jointly invested by China and Japan in 1994, with a registered capital of 2.7 million US dollars (later increased to 4.5 million US dollars due to relocation and expansion needs).

Among them: Japan-KOYO Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. accounted for 51% of the shares, Wuxi Kaiyuan Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. accounted for 49%. In 2024, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the company's establishment, the Japanese parent company (which has been renamed Jtegat Mechanical Systems Co., LTD.) officially takes 100% control of our company.

The goal of the enterprise is to further strengthen foreign economic exchanges and cooperation, introduce advanced technology and management methods, produce world-class special centerless grinding machines, meet the needs of domestic users for high-end centerless grinding machines, and achieve "top production".

At the same time, the pursuit of high-quality products as the goal, and constantly expand product categories, so that products in both quality and price competitiveness, so as to obtain actual economic benefits and produce positive social effects.
